You Don’t Need Closure From Them

You are waiting for something they may never give — understanding, apology, or closure.

And in that waiting, your life remains paused.

You replay conversations in your mind. You think about what you should have said, what they should have understood, what could have been different.

A part of you believes, “If they just understand me, I will finally feel at peace.”

But that moment may never come.

Not because you don’t deserve it.
But because they may not have the awareness to see what you see.

Closure is often misunderstood.

You think it comes from their words, their realization, or their apology. But what you are actually seeking is relief from the emotional loop inside you.

And that cannot be given by someone who created the confusion in the first place.

Waiting for closure keeps you tied to the past. It keeps you emotionally connected to something that has already ended.

And without realizing it, you give your peace to someone who is no longer even present in your life.

Closure is not something they give.
It is something you allow.

The moment you stop expecting them to understand… you begin to understand yourself.

The moment you stop waiting for their validation… you begin to reclaim your power.

And in that space…
you realize you were never stuck because of them.

You were just waiting for something you can choose to give yourself.
